To respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver tutoring sessions, process payments, send communications you request, operate and secure the website, and comply with legal obligations. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send it; you can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in any newsletter or by emailing [email protected]. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

We rely on the following third-party providers, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

  • Web3Forms – delivery of contact and newsletter form submissions.
  • Acuity Scheduling (Squarespace) – appointment booking.
  • Stripe – payment processing (card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers).
  • Google – display of Google reviews of our business (via the Google Places API).
  • Meta (Facebook) – advertising measurement and audience analytics via the Meta Pixel (ID 1532056695329434). When you visit this site, Meta may receive information about your visit (such as pages viewed, your IP address and browser information) under Meta’s own privacy policy. You can limit this through your browser settings and your Meta ad preferences.
  • Cloudflare – website hosting, content delivery, and security.
  • Notion – hosts the student Portal page linked from this website.
