Dr. Shauhin Moazezi, DO
FOUNDER & LEAD PROFESSOR
I am an IM teaching attending based in Boston, MA, dedicated to advancing my career in clinical education. As a hospitalist at Signature Healthcare, I have the privilege of teaching residents from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. I hold a Biopsychology degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where I graduated in 2015. Most recently, I've completed formal training with the STATMED program and completed all board exams as a prerequisite for teaching USMLE Step 1, USMLE Step 2, USMLE Step 3, as well as COMLEX Level 1, COMLEX Level 2, and COMLEX Level 3. I now also prepare students for the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) exam.
My passion for teaching stems from a love of deep learning. For me, teaching has always been a powerful tool for mastering material, and I’ve consistently sought out opportunities to teach as part of my learning journey. I began at 14, teaching tennis strategy at the Barnes Tennis Education Center, and nearly 20 years later, that same enthusiasm continues to drive me.

Alexandra Llovet
PROFESSOR
I am an MD/PhD student at Emory University pursuing a PhD in Epidemiology. My research focuses on a mixed-methods analysis of social determinants of health among immigrant populations in Brazil and the United States.
It takes a village to make a doctor, and we are the village. I listen to students’ needs and serve as a teacher, test-taking coach, and accountability buddy. My focus is getting students across the finish line. For students who need content review, I synthesize information into clinical frameworks and more importantly, teach students how to come up with their own frameworks. This skill increases retention! For students struggling with test anxiety, I provide structure and coping strategies so they retrieve information effectively under pressure. I want students to excel with the confidence that they have all the tools to solve problems when they are under pressure.

Dr. Sahith Valluru, MD
PROFESSOR
I am a graduate of NTR University of Health Sciences in Andhra Pradesh, India, with a strong foundation in medicine and a global perspective on healthcare. Currently, I am affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania's Department of Radiology, where I specialize in utilizing advanced radiology software to analyze uptake levels in various cancers, enabling differentiation between metabolically active tissues and cancerous conditions.
As an educator, my priority is to identify and build upon the strengths and weaknesses of my students while understanding their interests beyond medicine. By integrating their passions with a systematic approach to learning, I create a personalized roadmap to simplify even the most challenging subjects. I strive to distill complex topics into foundational concepts, empowering students to answer questions effectively and confidently. Additionally, I incorporate strategies to enhance mental readiness, such as breathing exercises and confidence-building techniques, ensuring students approach exams in their best condition. Teaching is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor, and my tailored approach is designed to help students overcome obstacles and excel, not just in academics, but as future doctors. My ultimate goal is to guide students in becoming the best versions of themselves as medical professionals by providing a structured, personalized, and supportive learning experience.
